Security officials at JFK Airport in New York City stopped Emma Watson on her way back to school at Brown University over the holidays, after mistaking the 22-year-old actress for a child.
Twitter: "Passport control:'unaccompanied minor?' Me:'sorry?' Passport control:'where is ur guardian?' Me:'I'm 22!!!!!!!' #neverwearingabackpackagain"
An insider explained, "Emma was mortified. Not only did they not recognize her, they thought she was a child. It was very embarrassing but she managed to awkwardly laugh it off."
